Our client is a prestigious multinational company with worldwide presence, for which we look for an English Speaking Customer Service Agent
Pozíció részletezése / Position overview

– Provide quality Customer Service for B2B clients
– Support and guide the end-users: analyze/diagnose issues, execute the best resolution.
– Answer inquiries via incoming calls, e-mails and chat
– Provide basic support and troubleshooting: password resets, credentials, payment processes, system support.
– Monitor the recording and documentation of request tickets via HPSM
– Escalate non-solvable issues to Tier 2

What you need to have:

– Must be an EU citizen
– Excellent English knowledge is a must
– 1-2 years experience in customer service is appreciated
– Working in afternoon shift (between 12.00 AM – 9.00 PM from Monday to Friday)
– Quick learning, team working and multi-tasking skills
– Self-starting, self-motivating, self-learning attitude
– Customer-focus and positive attitude, listening skills
– Strong, clear verbal and written communication skills
– Good problem-solving skills
