The future employee will responsible for the solution of Tier3 Avaya system problems on site.

Main responsibilities:
– Keep contact with Tier1 and 2 engineers
– Control and analyse the Tickets from the lower support level
– Analyse log file-s
– Examine the Avaya equipment remotly
– Explore the root of the technical problem
– Identify and document the product errors for the development team

– Fresh graduate or 1-2 years working experience especially with Avaya Network Systems
– Theoretical or practical knowledge and strong interest to VoiP systems
– Strong English knowledge both oral and written
– Good analitical skills
– Strong communication skills
– Customer focused mindset
