Procurement Specialist (SZJ-9024)
– Manage contact with company suppliers and develop relationships
– Compare prices and offers of different suppliers
– Ordering of defined assortment in accordance with customers’ orders
– Ensure that the supply chain needs are met in timely and cost- effective manner in order to achieve customers’ requirements
– Work within a given budget to purchase goods and services for an organization
– Check invoices for accuracy, and authorizes the accounts payable department to issue payment
– Evaluate the performance of vendors
– Inventory items in order to determine which ones need to be purchased
– Enter data concerning inventory and order amounts into our database
– Carrie out special duties as assigned.
– Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
Requirements:
– 1-3 years of experience in procurement
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
– Fluency in English and Hungarian (Serbian language knowledge is advantage)
