For our multinational client who provides various IT services, we are looking for new candidates for a HR Advisor with Dutch language knowledge position.

What you’ll be doing:

– Provide HR customers and colleagues with an excellent HR customer service and experience by managing administrative tasks effectively and within defined SLAs
– Take personal ownership for resolving HR requests and tasks by working beyond organizational and functional boundaries; Challenge customer requests which do not align with policies and practices
– Produce accurate reports, data extracts and conduct audits using Fusion and other HR systems whilst ensuring adherence with confidentiality and data protection policies
– Address data entry requests ensuring input is accurate and aligns with policies and practices
– Demonstrate a knowledge of HR policies and practices and an understanding of employment law and/or relevant standards and codes that underpin HR policies and processes
– Proactively contribute to the HR Services team agenda by owning the delivery of continuous improvement and highlighting opportunities to enhance the customer experience
– Take responsibility for personal development by constantly reflecting on actions which will improve own performance and the service provided to the customer
– Manage admin tasks related to on boarding and case management area eg. Employee record management, exit process, compliance cases, employee query management

What you need to have:

Soft skills:

– Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
– Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals
– The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience
– Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation is an advantage
– Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation

Professional skills:

– Experience of working in a customer service environment
– Experience and knowledge of HR services is an advantage is an advantage
– Proficient on all Windows applications in particular Outlook, Excel , PowerPoint and Word
– Communication, Personal resilience and effectiveness, Ability to work under high pressure
– Reporting, Analysis & Problem Solving is an advantage

Language skills:

– English on a conversational level
– Dutch on a fluent level
