– Handling all first level support calls from internal and external
– Recording all support calls in problem logging application
– Adhering to established support processes, procedures, and guidelines
– Meeting the required service levels, resolution rates, escalation rates and dispatch rate goals
– Escalating or dispatching cases as required based on documented escalation procedures
– Handling multiple system and application call types
– Troubleshooting and dispatching hardware issues
What you need to have:
– Fluent language skills in English and Polish
– Exceptional writing and speaking abilities to provide clear and empathetic customer support through email and live chat.
– Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Requires basic software knowledge
– Must be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
– Secondary school is requires
