Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for Lead Service Designer (in life) to their Budapest-based branch.

What you’ll be doing:

As Lead Service Designer (In Life), you will be in charge of:

– You will be accountable for the end-to-end service design and leading the Service Design workstream activity for various large, complex deals, changes on specific accounts
– As role holder you will be working collaboratively across BT lines of business, with external suppliers and partners to create innovative solutions
– You will need to ensure that solutions are aligned with the overall deal strategy and with the business outcomes that BT & the Client are trying to achieve
– You’ll ensure that solutions are aligned with the relevant governance, compliance & assurance processes (with functional approvals where necessary)
– You will make sure that the solution costs accurately reflect the approved solution design and that such costs have been optimized wherever possible using standard BT processes
– You will ensure that delivery plans align with the solution design and that any key delivery risks are highlighted & understood
– You’ll have responsibility for all aspects of the end-to-end Service Design with a demonstrable level of expertise and capability

What you need to have:

Soft skills:

– Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements is a must
– Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation is a must
– Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision is a must
– Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation is a must

Professional skills:
– Customer Facing experience is a must
– 7+ years experience in IT (Service Desk, Service Management, etc roles) is a must
– ITIL is an advantage

Language skills:
English on a fluent level is a must
