Responsibilities:
• Functional Configuration of business specifications
• Test coordination and Test execution
• Participate in rollout projects within the global IT Community
• Participate and contribute to global Key-User Community
• Create, maintain, and update user- and system documentation
• 2nd Level Support of the PPM-Tool and related core business processes (worldwide)
• Concepting and support of Interfaces to other modules or applications (esp. SAP Applications)
• Evaluation of new systems requirements or changes based on current specifications

Professional Skills:
• Multiyear professional work experience with one of the PPM-Tool (ie. PLANISWARE, CA Clarity PPM, SAP PPM or similar) and its data architecture
• Fair understanding of Project Management Process
• Well experienced in related Application Management & Administration
• Ability to understand complex products solution and solve problems.
• Experience in collaboration with large scale key-user community
• Basic SQL Scripting skills
• Knowledge of LISP Programming Language is an advantage
• Confident English language skill is must, German is plus
• Planisware E7 (Cloud) preferred
• SAP or Other relevant ERP tools
• Microsoft Collaboration tools
• Postgre Database
• Service Now is an advantage
