E-LEARNING Assistant FG II / 5 (SZJ-11775)
Main tasks:
• Support in organisation, LMS and software technical preparation, promotion, implementation, and evaluation of webinars
• Support in the administration of webinars in the implementation tracker
• Support the organisation and delivery of onsite expert meetings in relation to contact development for any online learning product
• Support the management of the recorded webinar portfolio 2023, the recordings shall be available retrospectively for LMS users
• Shall follow up certificate requests of individual users for webinars
• Active support of LMS Support mailbox on webinar topics
• Support for online courses with live sessions if ad hoc need arises (setting up the sessions, prepare the invitations, run any technical tests if needed and moderate the live events)
• Other related tasks as required
Requirements:
• Education: post-secondary education attested by a diploma, or Secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post- secondary education and appropriate professional experience of at least three years.
• Work experience: 3 years
Knowledge and Skills:
• Experience in organising meeting and training events
• Excellent organisational and logistic skills, ability to schedule and prioritise
• Attention to detail, administrative skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience working in the Moodle learning management
• Experience in LMS user management
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent Office suite ICT skills, in particular Word and Excel, presentations,
• Ability to deliver under stress
• Good inter-personal and communications skills
• Excellent moderation, presentation and communication skills
• Very good command of written and oral English corresponding to level C1 or higher of the Common European Framework reference for Languages
• Motivation – open and positive service-oriented attitude
Advantageous:
• Experience in using online training tools for education purposes
• Experience in working in international teams and in international context
• Experience delivery online activities
• Knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative analyses methods
• Experience in visualisation of data
• Good knowledge of the EU security environment
Computer skills required:
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
• Very good command of both written and spoken English (C1 and above)
What we offer:
• Fixed term contract
• Expected starting date and duration: 1 October 2023 – 31 December 2023
• Monthly gross salary of the position: EUR € 2,058.10
