Administrative Assistant- Corporate Planning and Reporting (SZJ-11710)
Main tasks:
• Contribution to the coordination of the elaboration of the Single Programming Document and all other Agency’s reports necessary for planning and reporting in close cooperation with relevant internal contact points in charge for Agency’ s operations and administration;
• Contribution to the assessment, advising on and support to the consolidated annual report on the Agency’s activities, and a description of how the Agency has met its performance indicators;
• Advice and recommendation concerning business planning
Requirements:
Education:
• Post-secondary education attested by a diploma, or
• Secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post- secondary education
Work experience:
• Minimum 3 years, with minimum supervision
Knowledge and Skills:
• Professional preferably with a background in business administration in and alike, experience in drafting/managing planning and reporting documents/tools would be advantageous.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, accuracy
• Understanding rules and procedures and adhere to them
• Common sense
• Clear and concise communication
• Availability in short time notice
Computer skills required:
• Full proficiency in MS Excel, incl. an advanced knowledge of functions and Pivots used for data cleansing, quantitative data analysis, database management and reporting;
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
• Very good command of both written and spoken English, minimum B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages

• Fixed term contract
