Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:
• Creating and monitoring IT SLA, publishing it to customers
• Executing IT Governance tasks, creating and publishing assurance reports
• Coordinating customer requests between IT resolution teams and System analysts
• Communicating with IT resolution teams, Service Managers, Demand Managers and Customers
• Monitoring of top priority projects and incidents (P1-2)
Desired Requirements/Skills/Experience:
• Education or experience in IT (university degree or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 1-2 years of Adequate experience
• Advanced English is a must
• Good written and verbal communicational skills
• Proactive attitude, sense of initiative and ability to work independently
