HRS Expert for Process Standardization – DPDE Project (PE-11674)
What you’ll be doing
-- Revise country related HR core processes in order to identify deviations from global standards
-- Revise deviations in processes applied at different locations within a country
-- Organize, moderate and actively participate in Fit Gap workshop series with the involvement of all parties to map up AS IS processes and design TO BE processes to fit to the global standards
-- Ensure that HR related documents will be updated according to the outcome of process Fit Gap workshops
-- Eliminate the different versions of forms and templates, design documents that fit to all the location needs, as well as fulfill the country specific legal requirements
What you need to have
-- Higher education in the field of HR or any comparable experience in HR administration
-- Having hands-on experience in HR administration processes
-- Solid experience in optimizing processes, standardization activities and documentation creation
-- Experience in leading projects, organizing and moderating workshops
-- Ability to solve problems on a sustainable way
-- Self-driven working attitude
-- Experience in Shared Service organizations
-- Service mindset: empathy, patience, and positivity to provide solutions
-- Flexibility and resiliency to adapt to a growing and fast-changing work environment, ability to work in a multicultural and matrix organization
-- Very good communication skills
-- Fluent English, both written and spoken
-- Experience with LEAN tools and methods is a plus
