What you need to have

-- Bachelor or Master degree in Commercial field is required
-- 3-5 years of experience in international environment
-- Very good knowledge of HR processes
-- Strong communication skills
-- Analytical and process oriented mindset
-- Knowledge in Project Management is benefical
-- Fluent English knowledge (written and spoken) and German knowledge is an advantage
