Our client is a multinational financial company. We are looking for candidates for the following open position: Junior Team Assistant .

Job Purpose / Background:
Searching for a well-experienced, dynamic and service-oriented Administrative Assistant who is interested in working on executive level in a fast-paced, international environment. The position holder will support the Global Head based in Zurich as well as the Infrastructure Solutions Leadership team in their day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Global Head in English
• Organize and support meetings with in- and external stakeholders globally and across time zones
• Manage complex calendars including managing time effectively and prioritizing the day-to-day workload and deadlines
• Organize complex domestic and international travel for all team members
• Organize team and client events
• Provide travel expense and invoice management for the Global Head and Leadership team

• Build relationships with the Administrative Assistants team within the Platform and in Bratislava, sharing best practices and implementing agreed changes as appropriate
• Support the team on ad hoc tasks / projects as needed

Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Competencies:
• Commercial apprenticeship and/or Executive Assistant diploma or any other relevant education
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as administrative assistant in an international environment
• Fluency in English is a must (written and verbally)
• Previous experience in supporting Senior Management at C-suite/Executive level is a must
• Excellent administration, organizational and communication skills
• Drive, flexibility, and proactive work attitude
• Ability to multitask and to work independently
• High attention to detail
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Absolute discretion and appropriate handling of highly sensitive information is essential
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
