We are looking for enthusiastic and agile candidates to the position of System Specialist & Coordinator Test Data Management to our Hybrid Cloud team in Budapest.

Responsibilities:
• Coordination and organization of the TDM team
• Coordination and preparation of the test environments regarding test data management:
-- Conversion on release update
-- Deleting of all contracts
-- First test of business day batch
-- Planning and organization of tests on environment
-- Importing and administration of test data
-- Administration of processing groups
-- DB backup and data reset/transfer
-- Requesting (special) batch jobs
• Timely execution of release comparison test (‘RVT’) as well as ‘Kobra’, ‘Gewi’ and time travel tests
• Technical feasibility inquiries around the ‘ESR’, RVT and time travel tests
• Consulting of costumers regarding testing and test data
• Technical problem management (error categorization, assessment and correction, user support, IPM ticket, etc.)
• Troubleshooting of malfunctions and system problems that endanger the operational business including contacting responsible units
• Technical documentation of changes, processes and user guidelines
• Taking responsibility for own work packages

Requirements
• Fluent in written and spoken English, at least good understanding of German
• Solid knowledge and experience with test data management, especially tests like time travel or release comparison
• Experienced in handling and providing test data on environments
• Providing expertise in managing error situations with distributed affected units
• Ideally knowledge of ESMAC, Jira, MS Office, Confluence/Wiki, GitHub, Service Now, DbVisualizer
• Good communication skills to exchange information and deal with challenging clients or situations
• Solution-oriented, open-minded and open to challenges
