We are looking for enthusiastic and agile candidates to the position of System Specialist to our Hybrid Cloud team in Budapest.

Responsibilities:
• Observe and monitor the partner’s business day batches on all test environments as well as batch job abandonment control
• Managing and coordination of incidents resulting from batch abandonments
• Comprehensive customer communication and interaction with job owner in case of batch job anomalies
• Scheduling in and out special jobs in business day batch, requesting job restarts and short version of business day batch
• Planning of business day batch packages on initial test environment setup
• Announcing test restrictions and creation of defects
• Technical problem management (error categorization, assessment and correction, user support, IPM ticket, etc.)
• Troubleshooting of malfunctions and system problems that endanger the operational business including contacting responsible
units
• Technical documentation of changes, processes and user guidelines
• Taking responsibility for own work packages

Requirements
• Fluent in written and spoken English, at least good understanding of German
• Solid knowledge and experience with batch job processing
• Experienced in monitoring of batches and issue handling
• Providing expertise in managing error situations with distributed affected units
• Ideally knowledge of AMT, UC4, ESMAC, Jira, MS Office, Confluence/Wiki, GitHub, Service Now, DbVisualizer
• Good communication skills to exchange information and deal with challenging clients or situations
• Solution-oriented, open-minded and open to challenges
