We are looking for enthusiastic and agile candidates to the position of Cloud Storage System Administrator to our Hybrid Cloud team in Budapest.

• Storage product administration in on-premise and public cloud environment
• Support customers within the EU region
• Execute storage related requests received in ServiceNow tool
• Monitor and maintain Object storage, File storage and NAS systems in a business-critical environment
• Collaborate with various vendors to implement firmware upgrades, security patches, rectify hardware and software related issues to keep the environment healthy and stable
• Create periodical capacity and consumption reports
• Follow and actively contribute in Change, Process and Incident processes
• Support migration activity from legacy environment to on-premise or public cloud infrastructure
• Identify vulnerabilities, risks and proactively managing them
• Remotely conduct infrastructure related datacenter activities
• Actualize and maintain infrastructure documentation, operation procedures and hardware inventory
• Compliance with agreed SLA

• Minimum 3+ years experience in enterprise and or midrange class storage systems (Object storage, NAS, SAN)
• Experience working in a multinational environment
• Experience with different protocols (S3, NFS, CAS, CIFS)
• Experience in disaster recovery solutions
• Advanced English is a must
• Good communication skills
• Experience in on-call support
• Willingness to work in different shifts (Support coverage is from 06:00 to 18:00 CET)
• Proactive approach is expected

• University Graduate degree (mandatory)
• Knowledge of ITSM tools like Service Now, SIMA,
• Good MS Office knowledge specially MS Excel & Power Point (mandatory)
• Prior experience in managing Incidents and Service Requests in an IT infrastructure environment
• Confident to interact with the IT Managers, Service Desks and Service Providers in the Region
• Excellent command over written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Good understanding of Network concept
• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)

Nice to have
• Networking knowledge
• Understanding of storage
• Understanding of Windows, Linux systems
• Understanding of scripting languages, Ansible, Powershell etc
• Skills in backup solutions (Networker)
• Knowledge of Lenovo/Cisco (HP) blade technology
