French/German Speaking Junior Supplier Coordinator (PE-11160)
Opportunity Registration Management
• Tracking and execution of the Group Supplier Setup Process within SLA
• Administration of the Group Contract Database (archiving all contracts and agreements in Group SharePoint Contract Database)
• Support in projects for continuous supplier optimisation
• Close cooperation with Legal Division, Purchasing and Partner Management managers
• Being proactive in escalating or flagging aged or sensitive supplier requests to appropriate senior management
• Assess supplier related risks and drive appropriate resolution
• Ensuring supplier compliance with regulations and policies
• Obtaining information and confirmations from suppliers
What you need to have:
• You are interested to work in a multinational and open company and willing to learn
• You have degree in Commerce/Economics/Business related fields
• You are fluent in French OR German AND have good command of English
• You have sound knowledge of MS-Office
• You developed interpersonal skills
• You have distinctive organisational skills and the ability to work with tight deadlines
• You can administer accurately
• You have high self-motivation and the ability to work independently, experience in working in international and remotely managed teams is a big advantage
