• As Role holder, you will be providing technical support on managed infrastructure within the defined operating processes according to ISO 20000
• Analysing system requirements of architectures and complex distributed systems
• Producing operational and technical documentation, such as: work instructions, concepts, scripts
• Carrying out testing and evaluation of IT infrastructure against customer and contractual requirements in order to determine readiness for live support
• Providing standby duty outside office hours
• Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

• In-depth knowledge in Vmware administration and management of ESXi & vCenter Lifecycle, vSphere services, VM operations and advanced features, such as: Fault tolerance, Resource Pools, etc.
• Knowledge of Cisco Hyperflex, Cisco UCS and UCS Manager, vSphere VSAN, Zerto is an advantage
• Experience in administering Red Hat, Oracle Linux is an advantage

Intermediate English
Any European language on a conversational level is an advantage
