Service Management Professional (PE-11117)
• Provides Service Management support to Small/ Medium global contract and/or assists the SM Specialist with large accounts
• Accountable for customer satisfaction and build strong relationship with customer
• Understand customer’s goals, strategy, and portfolio of products
• Accountable for driving continual improvements within the organization, helping to move toward greater account development via KPIs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, becoming a trusted partner and consultant, helping on customer retention and loyalty
• Ensure ITIL governance best practices
• Use the applied knowledge of the company’s products and services, operating across the wider company functions and understand how they relate
• Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

Soft skills:
• Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
• Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group setting to achieve common goals
• Using all data and information available to analyse and understand a situation, with the aim of supporting decisions is an advantage
• Proven experience in delivering effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences is an advantage
• Ability to find root causes of problems and to focus on their quick and efficient solution is an advantage
• 2+ years relative experience working with customer facing role is an advantage
Professional skills:
• Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint is an advantage
• Understanding of ITIL 4 methodology and framework
• Desirable telecom/ managed services knowledge (e.g.: LAN, WAN, IPT, Security, Cloud, Conference, etc.) is an advantage
Language skills:
• English on a fluent level
• French on a fluent level is an advantage
• German on a fluent level is an advantage
• Any European language on a level is an advantage
