Customer Success Specialist (PE-11115)
• Provide service support to the customer to ensure service stability
• Liaising and working with the customer on a daily basis
• Providing service reporting and holding service review meetings with the customer on regular intervals
• Working with both internal and external partners in providing service excellence to the customer
• Own and manage customer and service issues/escalation from start to resolution
• Working with the customer, colleagues and other partner to improve the service we provide to the customer.
• Be able to cope with pressure both internally and externally and still deliver excellent service
• Good interpersonal skills in developing and nurturing strong relationship with customers, colleagues and partners
• Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

• Knowledge and experience on telecommunication, call centres, network, security and Cisco Cloud services is an advantage
• German speaking is an advantage
Language skills:
• English on a fluent level
• German on a conversational level is an advantage
