• Lead the training curriculum and documentation, ensure new joiners are fully trained in the processes.
• Lead documentation of processes & ensure process documentation is kept up to date 
• Lead use of process documentation to define process improvement projects.
• Identify efficiency improvement opportunities and collaborate with CI team to determine priorities and execute on agreed programs accordingly. 
• Work closely together with our in-country finance teams to ensure end-to-end accounting is completed in time and in quality, including Fixed Assets, Bank Accounting, Incoming and Outgoing invoices, General Ledger Journals.
• Report the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss to the Group Finance team
• Collaborate with others to identify further improvement areas and drive them to solution
• Use your communication skill to bring virtual teams closer together
• Become an expert in the newest version of SAP: the SAP4Hana Cloud based accounting system

What you need to have:

•    Fully qualified or working towards relevant professional qualification
•    Advanced SAP Experience 
•    Finance experience – 5 yrs+
•    Project Management experience and skills
•    Expert MS office skills
•    Excellent Interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills. Confident in building relationships with key stakeholders and senior management.
•    Experience of working in a challenging commercial environment
•    Experience of developing best practice policies and procedures for functional area
