• Handling incoming and outgoing documents, mailings, contracts;
• Organizing and coordinating activities related to internal and external meetings;
• Organizing business trips to foreign countries;
• Preparing presentations, status reports;
• Translating and interpreting;
• Ordering and management of office supplies, vending machine items, water etc.
• Office management (company car, healthcare service, etc.)
• Support for expats and long-term business travelers (hotel and transportation booking, immigration document procedure support, localization support)
Ideal candidate:
• Speaks Hungarian, English and Korean;
• Handles MS Office programs confidently
• Communicates easily even in difficult situations
• Can adapt to multicultural workplace
• Solves problems proficiently
• Is reliable and kind
• Owns a driving licence
