Our client is a multinational financial company. We are looking for candidates for the following open position: Talent Mobility Partner.

Talent Mobility program encompasses both international assignments and global relocations, along with management of the associated tax and immigration compliance risks. The Talent Mobility Partner is responsible for supporting the managers and employees of their assigned client groups with all aspects of their mobility needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Counsel Managers, HR Business Partners and Recruiters on specific Talent Mobility scenarios and policies (setting expectations, providing advice and guidance to support decision making)
• Initiate cases with the internal Talent Mobility Ops team (gathering data from stakeholders, conducting high-level review of deliverables)
• Communicate mobility cost estimates and relocation packages to managers and employees; manage internal approvals and assist with escalations
• Drive the Mobility process, support employees and liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure a great employee experience
• Support the firm’s global immigration program and employees and managers with respect to their visa filings
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Tax, Finance, Legal etc.
• Manage vendors (regular status calls, service escalations)
• Utilize data and metrics to identify trends and assess overall effectiveness mobility program for specific business groups
• Contribute to the strategic development of the Talent Mobility function through ongoing awareness of market trends and execution of the team projects
• Ad-hoc projects

The ideal candidate possesses the following experience and skills:

• Bachelor degree in business or related field
• 2 – 4 years of experience in a corporate global mobility role, international HR function or consulting firm
• Knowledge of global immigration policies and practices a plus
• Strong client service ethic and attention to details
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in order to meet required deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively across functions/locations with a diverse group of people
• Must be a team player with superior communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
