For our multinational client who provides various IT services, we are looking for new candidates for a Global Inside Sales Specialist position.

What you’ll be doing:

– This role is responsible for driving sales of our company to its customers globally
– The role involves proactively engaging our customers, positioning our portfolio, listening to needs and translating these needs into portfolio-based solutions.
– The role drives deals to closure , shaping the design, configuration and commercial structure of the deals created
– The role is focussed almost exclusively on creating new business and growth through the provison of expert portfolio knowledge (technical, commercial and procedural) in order to meet the demands of our customers,
– The role provides portfolio and sales expertise to fulfill the demand created by account owners and customers to ensure the most appropriate proposition to meet the client’s needs are developed and presented in a compelling way.
– This role involves developing knowledge of the company and their capabilities and uses this knowledge to focus on proactively selling repeatable solutions that comprise Cloud, Contact, and Collaboration services to these customers.
– Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

What you need to have:

Soft skills:

– Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
– Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended
– Using all data and information available to analyse and understand a situation, with the aim of supporting decisions
– Strengths and abilities that help to oversee processes and guide people toward the achievement of goals is an advantage
– Ability to find root causes of problems and to focus on their quick and efficient solution

Professional skills:

-Telco/IT Education and/or experience is an advantage
-Voice Network and Collaboration Solutions (Micorsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, etc.) is an advantage
-Sales Experience is an advantage
-Degree level, or equivalent job experience. (3 years+ in a similar role) is an advantage

Language skills:

– English on a fluent level
– French on a fluent level is an advantage
– German on a fluent level is an advantage
– Italian on a fluent level is an advantage
