What you’ll be doing:

– Develop an understanding of internal HR teams, e.g., Payroll, Rewards, Legal and Compliance, and HR Business Partners
– Assist with processing long-term absences on our Absence System and Payroll systems, determine eligibility for various leave programs including family and medical Leave (FMLA) and temporary disability leave according to established guidelines, and provide employees with required timely notice
– Learn different Leaves and Leave policies for various countries and its impact operationally
– Review and audit HR transactions relating to leaves within employee lifecycle
– Build deep understanding of end-to-end processes and be able to act as competent back – up for other team members across regions where the company has a presence
– Adept in using technology systems and applications to execute day-to-day responsibilities including Workday
– Conduct audits and reconciliations of processes, build/ follow proper controls to mitigate risk
– Independently balance day to day responsibilities with key project work and professional development opportunities, strong time management
– Develop and maintain process documentation
