On behalf of our multinational partner, we are searching for candidates for the following position: French speaking Patient Helpdesk Associate.

What you’ll be doing:

• First point of contact for customers to support Patients, Sites and Sponsors who are aligned to customers’ clinical trials
• Recording, classifying, matching, routing, resolving (unless assigned to other support groups) and closing incidents for transactions via calls and emails on the ticketing system
• Monitor and track incidents
• Action Service Requests
• Provide customer updates as required

What you need to have:

Essential qualification
• Fluent in French & English Language
• Background in Technical Support / Service Desk
• Good Analytical Skills
• Knowledge in Life Sciences/Medical Field/Clinical Trial is an advantage but not required.
• Previous work experience with medical devices and or mobile devices
• Preferably, a graduate of Life Science/ IT background
• Candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Should be ready to work in shifts
