What you’ll be doing:

– Responsible for the monitoring of highly effective Consumer Collections Policies and Strategies to enable the achievement of the Credit Risk goals
– Ensuring regulatory strategy reporting is accurate and maintained within tight deadlines
– Identify areas of opportunity through analysis to deliver improvements
– Responsible for ad-hoc analysis to show the Collections performance, providing explanations where appropriate
– Providing support for the wider team through analytics to help strategic decisions be made
– Writing code to investigate trends and highlighting to the wider team
– Responsible for running key reporting which is sent to Senior Management within tight timescales

What you need to have:

Soft skills:

– Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group setting to achieve common goals is an advantage
– Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended is an advantage
– Ability to comprehend and to oversee various aspects of a problem or a situation
– Using all data and information available to analyse and understand a situation, with the aim of supporting decisions
– Proven experience in delivering effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences is an advantage
– Focusing on all aspects and details of a task and delivering your output with a high level of accuracy
– Ability to find root causes of problems and to focus on their quick and efficient solution

Professional skills:

– Knowledge and experience of using SQL or SAS
– Experience of writing code is an advantage
– Experience of creating analytical reporting
– Experience of Debt Collection is an advantage

Language skills:

– English on a fluent level
