German speaking Service Management Office Supporter (PE-10650)
What you’ll be doing:
Contract-compliant depiction of customer requirements (70-80 %)
• Administrative support of the Service Manager
• Document verification, distribution and filling of quotations.
• Define contract structure and create in SAP (contract/item creation incl. assignment of contract characteristics)
• Billing preparation& budget controlling
• Identification and clean-up of missing components according to vendor information
• Contract administration
• Preparation reports for the customers
• Other general administrative tasks
Communication and relationship network (20-30%)
• Active communication to related interfaces- Service Management, sales team, contract admins, Customer.)
• Establishment and maintenance of relationship networks to the above-mentioned relevant parties to ensure a smooth process flow.
What you need to have:
• Secure verbal and written communication in German
• Good Excel skills (Formulas, Pivot charts, etc.)
