Our multinational client is a leading provider of IT infrastructure services for which we look for new candidates for a German speaking Service Management Office Specialist position.

The Service Management Office Specialist is responsible for all aspects of commercial administration for ensuring that customer requirements for service orders are depicted in accordance with the contract.

What you’ll be doing:

Contract-compliant depiction of customer requirements (70-80 %)
• Administrative support of the Service Manager
• Document verification and distribution
• Pre-sales support (filling of quotations)
• Billing preparation & budget controlling
• Preparation and analysis of reports for the customers
• Other general administrative tasks

Communication and relationship network (20-30%)
• Active communication to related interfaces- Service Management, sales team, contract admins, Customer.)
• Establishment and maintenance of relationship networks to the above-mentioned relevant parties to ensure a smooth process flow.

What you need to have:

• Good verbal and written communication skills in German and in English
• Very good Excel skills (Formulas, Pivot charts, Vlook-up, etc.)
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Able to work remotely as part of a team
• Know how to organize and set priorities
• Analytical, process-oriented and highly reliable
• Commercial understanding
• Enjoy supporting Service Managers and pulling strings in back-office tasks
