Import / Export Administrator (PE - 10940)
As a future member of our Trade Operations function you will based in our Budapest office but working accross Europe with the main focus on IT exports and imports from and to other company entities across Europe.
What you’ll be doing:
– Working with the logistics teams to ensure that export paperwork is correct and complete
– Classifying IT products to establish licencing requirements
– Providing guidance to the sales team on exporting
– Monitoring Our Company’s SAP ERP solution to ensure compliance
– Working with the team to improve the company’s trade compliance processes
– Administering Imports and Exports to ensure that the company maintains accurate records
You are the ideal candidate if…
– You are fluent English, additional language French, German, Dutch, Flemish can be an advatage
– You will have at least 3 years experience in an Import/Export adminstrative role
– You have experience in Customs procedures
– You will have familiarity with customs paperwork including Commercial Invoices, Customs declarations etc
– You have an understanding of product classification
– You have experience with ERP systems preferably SAP
-You have knowledge of Incoterms
– You are experienced in dealing with internal and external stakeholders such as supply chain partners and Customs authorities
– Knowledge of AEB software is desirable
– You gained experience working in a multinational team
