HR Compensation and Controlling Specialist (PE-10895)
– Responsible for the coordination of compensation & benefits processes in our region
– Provide and develop HR controlling analysis
– Contribute to the annual salary reviews and market surveys
– Create reports and comparisons upon business requirements
– Contribute to HR projects and time to time take lead role in small – medium size projects
– Follow market trends and proactively advise new ways to maintain the company attractiveness
– Liaison with respective corporate units of the company, the company’s locations in the region and financial controlling areas
Qualifications:
– MSc. or BSc. degree
– At least 5 years experience in similar position or gained in comparable working area such as HR, compensation & benefits or controlling
– Good understanding of controlling area and it’s tools as well as the compensation & benefits area
– Previous practice of leading projects, preferably in multinational environment is advantageous
– Experience with PowerBI or similar business analytics tool
– Fluent English skills
– Can-do attitude and ability to work independently
