Job summary
Tasks:
• Close collaboration with all stakeholders of the release / test process (i.e. test center, ABS release management, additional stakeholders inside)
• Flexibility to fill in in times of scheduling conflicts
• Single point of contact concerning all topics Citrix / VDI
• Incident & service request management
• Deployment of VDI clients / pools in test and production employing established tools and processes
• Documentation and updates of the knowledge base in Atlassian Confluence
• Assistance in improving the deployment processes as well as achieving a higher level of automization
Requirements
• Knowledgeable in release, deployment and test processes
• Well versed in VDI and client rollout processes
• Preferably existing knowledge of ABS architecture
• Fluent in English. Candidates with German language skills preferred, but not required
