As a key member of the HR Services team, the OPEX Specialist will be responsible for accurate capture of business and HR Services requirements and analysis of activities/process logic, integration points, and user experience of HR services & technologies. Coordinate the development and execution of structured process improvement activities across all HRS services in the region to drive operational efficiencies and client satisfaction. Manage the day to day metrics & scorecards to ensure the team is leveraging technology to execute effectively. Participate in the development and execution of the HRS deployment project plan in the region. Coordinate the deployment of HRS divisions in a consistent and repeatable manner. Coordinate appropriate business process improvement sessions for key processes across HRS work-streams to yield tangible outcomes.

Your key responsibilities:

• Identify process improvement and develop standards across teams to ensure consistent, repeatable processes are implemented for HRS client groups
• Support the HRS leadership and clients in the development and execution of key deployment activities associated with HRS division implementations across the region.
• Monitor and govern all process documentation and process flows to ensure business continuity and knowledge transfer processes are in place.
• Participate in the identification of key processes for offshore consideration and support the execution of process transition
• Coordinate for systems/tools implementations
• Support automation activities within HRS including use of VBA / macros and other appropriate tools
• Cooperate closely with HRS leadership on Performance Quality System
• Coordinate SME Community and ensures the communication flow and roles and responsibilities are kept.
• Ensure linkage between partners, HRS, leadership and team leaders
• Measure & maintain the HRS Quality Performance System
• Develop, update and maintain Dashboards in a timely manner. Create new analyses as required
• Responsible for furnishing data (& potential investigations when required) in relation to Zero Incident monitoring regarding potential & actual data loss / breaches
• Become one of the HRS champions & advocates of ProLaunch and the use of the gated process
• Coordinate the client feedback process, identify opportunities for improvement and help HRS leaders in driving client satisfaction by reducing errors and eliminating waste.
• Deputise for HRS Transition leader on the global OPEX committee (when required) ensuring that the regional needs are shared with the rest of the organisation and that global initiatives impacting the region are well understood by the regional HRS leaders.


• University Degree is required and ideally combined with a Master’s degree
• 2-3 years experience in Operational Excellence, Project Management or HR Operations
• Experience of working in a team environment and ideally a customer-facing function/department
• Project Management experience or strong exposure
• Solid understanding of technology platforms to conduct daily work (HR Management System (Oracle), Ticketing System (Service Now), ATS (Taleo), Power BI
• A good Excel knowledge is required and a knowledge of Macros/VBA is a definite plus
• Fluency in English is required. Fluency in another language would be considered as a definite plus
• Must be able to demonstrate strong customer service, organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrate solid process orientation in terms of juggling multiple priorities and sharing of knowledge
• Preferred experience working with a remote workforce and working within a remote team
• PMP certification &/or six sigma and/or Scrum certification would be a plus
