HR Coordinator (PE-11316)

Our multinational partner – which is in the field of education – is looking for an HR Coordinator to their Budapest-based office.

We seek very good candidates who have 4-5 years of experience either in HR Consulting (i.e. HR system design and development and/or process improvement), or in the corporate side as HR generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Specialist.

Experience expected in some/most of the following areas would be needed:

• Internal communications, Employer Branding
• Change management and Process reengineering
• HR projects – Participating in large scale HR projects e.g. implementation of HR information systems
• Onboarding of new staff members & event organization
• Recruitment – participating in white collar recruitment processes
• Compensation & Benefit – Structuring compensation and benefit packages, familiar with grading systems and market salary reviews
• Learning & Development
• Talent- and career management
• HR Reporting – HR matrices, HR dashboards, statistics, and analytics


• BA, or MA degree ideally in Business administration or HR
• Fluent English
• 4-5 years relevant experience in the field of HR
• Pro-active, hands-on, agile, reliable, and resilient person
• Self-starter and has a proper sense of ownership
• Structured thinking, attention to details
• Can do attitude
• Ability to communicate with colleagues at all hierarchical level and multiple professional area
• Presentation skills are an advantage
• Experience gained in a matrix organization
