The Business Integration EDI Analyst is responsible for the team’s EDI portfolio management. They are coordinating EDI implementation projects with the following activities:

– Testing of incoming and outgoing EDI messages in SAP
– Failed Idoc monitoring
– Collaborating with business site contacts and key users during UAT and for issue resolving
– Participating in weekly and ad-hoc phone conferences with internal and external contacts
– Process improvement

Requirements

– Commercial degree/IT degree/Business Management degree
– 2+ years professional experience (preferably IT or Finance or Logistics related)
– Advanced Excel skills (functions, pivot tables)
– Previous experience with SAP FI / SD / MM / PP or understanding of EDI and SAP iDocs
– Business fluency in English (both written and spoken)
– Project experience
– 1+ year experience in any of SAP modules as Super user (FI/SD/MM/PP) or 1+ year experience as super user for EDI and
SAP idocs preferred
– Basic understanding of EDI setup and monitoring preferred
– Experience in any internal or external audit is preferred
