Our multinational partner company is searching for candidates for an International Billing: Operations Associate for Spain position.

What you’ll be doing:

– Manage billing: have end to end ownership on bill production of your own customer portfolio, ensure accuracy and consistency of client invoices
– Contribute to the team’s month end closing activities
– Build and maintain outstanding relationship with stakeholders and provide excellent customer experience; support other departments in any question about the orders and invoices
– Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

What you need to have:

Soft skills:

– Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes while delivering a service
– Using all data and information available to analyse and understand a situation, with the aim of supporting decisions
– Focusing on all aspects and details of a task and delivering your output with a high level of accuracy
– Ability to find root causes of problems and to focus on their quick and efficient solution

Professional skills:

– Bachelor degree (preferably finance, accounting or business management area) is a must
– Good knowledge of MS Office Applications is a must
– Experience in Billing Management is an advantage

Language skills:

– English on a fluent level
– Spanish on a fluent level
