German Speaking Service Request Coordination Expert - Part-time role (4~6 hours) (PE - 11214)
As Service Request Coordination Expert, you will be in charge of:
• Managing your own daily work of requests and orders
• Cooperating with team members in the everyday work
• Working together with other BT teams to fulfill customer requirements
• Providing regular updates to the customer via email and phone
• Looking for new ways how to serve our customers the best
• Maintaining active communication with suppliers
• Active and proactive problem solving, identifying gaps and risks in the processes
• Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement
What you need to have:
Soft skills:
• Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
• Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes while delivering a service
• Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group setting to achieve common goals
• Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended
• Ability to comprehend and to oversee various aspects of a problem or a situation
• Taking the responsibility and taking care of the consequences of making a decision
• Creativity is an advantage
Professional skills:
• Minimum user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel)
• Experience in process improvements is an advantage
• Experience in project management is an advantage
Language skills:
• English on a fluent level
• German on a fluent level
