Main responsibilities:

• Leads the HR team
• Enhances the organization’s human resources by preparing, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
• Ensures compliance with Labor Law
• Handling employment relation issues
• Leading the recruitment process, ensure that the required quality staff is available
• Leads the Employer branding activities
• Collaborating with other managers to ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective
• Providing detailed HR reports to senior management teams
• Managing employment administration
• Leads the performance management process
• Ensures proper training and development of the employees
• Managing compensation and benefits and payroll
• Plan & control of HR budget
• Window person to enhance smooth communication with employee representatives
• Overall office management of the Nyergesújfalu site
• Oversees the immigration procedure and daily support for expatriates and short-term foreign supporters
• Company car fleet management


• University master degree
• 3+ years experience in HR leadership role in production company
• Fluent in English (verbally and in written)
• Computer skills, advanced level usage of MS Office programs
• Deep knowledge of Hungarian Labor Law
• People management skills and proven experience
• Outstanding communications and organizational skills
• Confidence in working in multicultural environment
• Advantage: Japanese knowledge
