Organize and operate at company operational permanent control framework for all operational risks, including fraud risk, third-party risk, non-compliance risk, ICT risk and business continuity.


Procedures and Organization
– Ensure the proper implementation of the permanent control framework in compliance with policies, procedures and guidelines
– Ensure that business procedures are identified, maintain their inventory, manage updates, validations, distribution, training relative to procedures
– Implement the principles for the segregation of duties, particularly in relation to IT access rights and sensitive transactions

Risk Assessment
– Ensure that RA update for new transactions or transaction update (product/service, organization, business process)

– Coordinate the implementation of the entity’s control plan, update according to the outcome of the risk assessment and risk events
– Coordinate and in some case participate in the performance of the controls
– Ensure that controls results are reviewed and analyzed by the business managers, ensure that action plans are defined and executed in case of not-satisfactory results, contribute to this task when needed; follow-up on the implementation of remediation actions
– Responsible for maintaining and respecting the Financial Security Regulations and legislation (such as: KYC, KYS, Anti Money Laundering, PIC, Professional Ethics, Anti Bribery, Whistle Blowing process)

Operational incidents management
– Report incidents in the Group database, ensure that incidents are analyzed by operational staff
– Follow-up on the implementation of remediation actions, perform controls within incident process, cross-check with other databases

Recommendations management
– Report on the progress and expected closure dates to the local management and to RISK function, escalate if needed for timely closure

Fraud and whistleblowing
– Report suspected and attempted fraud cases in the Group database
– Contribute to the investigation of fraud and whistleblowing cases

Trainings and risk awareness
– Organize and provide training on operational risks and permanent control framework for newcomers, and annually for existing employees
– Act as a local relay for risk awareness initiatives sponsored by control functions

Governance and Reporting
– Monthly meetings with management to report on Operational Risk and Compliance matters
– Contribute to periodic and ad-hoc reporting and/or assessment managed by control functions
– Contribute to committees organized by Risk and Compliance functions and by Head of Territory


– Technical abilities in detecting and assessing operational risks
– Effective handling of processes for risk management and permanent controls
– Legal background with experience in coordinating lawyers
– Ability to communicate with operational staff and managers – advice, recommendations, presentation skills,
– Knowledge of operational leasing business processes is advantage
– Knowledge in Legal aspects would be appreciated
– Fluency in English language
– Efficiency in work with MS OFFICE
