Our multinational client is a leader in its sector and we are currently looking for a Team Manager to their Budapest-based office.

What you will be doing:

• Leading people for excellence by ensuring the right behaviours and attitudes in place
• Ensuring process alignment and training for all direct reports having always the customer as the focus. Ensure proper communication about processes and work instructions
• Provide individuals with feedback about performance, hold regular staff and individuals meetings to ensure the team is going in the right direction. Provide work instructions.
• Providing customer support for network services in English, responding to customer requests and contacts.
• Ensure the HR processes are following to workforce management control, creating and publishing people shift plan in advance
• Ensure the right individuals allocated for customer critical tasks and incidents specially related to major incidents across the shifts.
• Interview, hire and follow all HR processes related to people management, staff and performance
• Ensure KPIs and drive the teams towards to quality and excellence. Ensure SLAs are KPIs are achieved and addressed according to ITIL best practices
• Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

What you need to have:

Soft skills:

• Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements is a must
• Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals is a must
• The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience is a must
• Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation is a must
• Strengths and abilities that help to oversee processes and guide people toward the achievement of goals
• Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended

Professional skills:

• Leadership and coaching
• Customer communication in English
• ITIL knowledge is an advantage
• Process and knowledge management is an advantage
• Organization and time management

Language skills:

• English on a fluent level is a must
• German on a fluent level is a must
• Any other European language knowledge is an advantage
