In this role, as a senior marketing professional you will be the go-to-person on the ground for Marketing in Europe. You would drive the regional field and partner marketing plan and own its execution.

Your focus will be to develop, manage, and execute marketing activity with our regional Partners and leverage demand generation campaigns to build localized marketing programs for driving sales in Europe. You would be the European lead for PR and work with the global Head of PR & Comms on maximizing the brand awareness opportunity in key countries, via PR and social media channels.

Key responsibilities:

● Ownership of the field and partner marketing plan
● Manage a regional budget
● Develop plans for local outbound and highly targeted activity to reach senior buyers and influencers within enterprise accounts
● Leverage and localize appropriate tools, materials and campaigns
● Build local interaction through to-partner marketing activities to drive engagement, enablement and ultimately leads to motivate partners
● Build marketing relationships with local Partners to build and run activity with them to generate partner led opportunities
● Ensure alignment of marketing investment to market opportunity and sales investment
● Monitor and provide regular reporting and data points (key metrics/targets/results/active deals, etc) specific to the region – to keep global teams aware of regional challenges / opportunities
● Provide input for the creation of marketing content and sales enablement materials in partnership with product and content marketing
● Leverage global partner technology marketing to identify local technology partner opportunity and connections to develop our market reach and advance customer acquisition and retention
● Build relationships with local Microsoft Partner Marketing organisation to accelerate status as a trusted go-to-partner
● Work with the wider marketing team to provide regional insights that can be leveraged for product marketing, PR and demand generation activity

Experience needed

● 10+ years B2B marketing
● Partner Marketing in the Cybersecurity industry highly preferred
● Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
● Good understanding of what works, and what’s important when building a partner centric go-to-market model
● Fluent English
● German language knowledge is an advantage
