Data Expert - Purchasing & Procurement (HO-10306)
To support company’s Digital projects, initiatives and run activities in the area of SRM (Supplier Relationship Management).
To support Business Relationship Managers to maximize Business Value Creation to GSC entities and enhance Service Level.
In more details the position objective is to:
1/ Provide domain expertise in the following activities :
A – Support prestudy or evolution in the domain;
-Propose appropriate solutions to support new projects , aligned with company Digital standards and strategy;
-Contribute to new projects evaluation : effort / cost / schedule;
-Promote agile methodology and innovation to speed up implementation;
-Support projects during execution for risk or readiness assessment, escalation when needed;
B – Leverage transversal capabilities within Europe region;
-Promote and help to deploy best practices and innovative solutions within entities;
-Ensure alignment of processes and solution;
C – Perform Assessment for a prestudy or the Run activities;
– Assess existing processes and propose improvements or inn to maximize business valueovations;
D – Ensure Global Process & Solution Design => CHR;
– Propose and support change requests to improve Core solutions ;
E – Run issues Expertise (AM) in case of escalation;
– Bring expertise to solve issues on operations when requested.
2/ Ensure domain animation within Europe:
A – Animate the company’s Digital Europe skill Network;
– Promote and share best practice;
– Ensure knowledge transfer;
– Capture local requirements to support new initiatives;
B – Ensure Alignment with company Digital Global Solutions;
-Ensure that Europe projects are aligned with global solutions and strategy;
– Organize deployment of global initiatives inside Europe;
C -Connect to other geographies (NAM, APAC …);
– Provide on demand support;
-Share knowledge and best practices;
– Coordinate for common initiatives.
Scope is Europe wide;
Preparation and governance of a portfolio of projects for a budgeted cost of around 1-2M Euros plus;
Improve customer satisfaction and control situation on hand;
Bring new ways of working, alignment, best practice and skill set in specific area within regional team.
Business process knowledge (Purchasing and Procurement processes – Global Supply Chain processes);
ERP Solution knowledge (SAP);
Change management and implementation methodology;
Purchasing and Procurement processes – Global Supply Chain processes – domains understangind and competency;
IT industry and delivery model
BA or MA degree
Willingness to travel
Communication and/or Knowledge Transfer
