Our client is a prestigious multinational company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a HRSS Coordinator.

Scope of the job:
Providing administrative support within Hungary’s HRSS (HR Shared Service) Team. Support all HR functions (HRSS Team, HRBPs, Recruitment Team, Immigration Team) on a daily work both in Hungarian and English.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide end-to-end administrative support in HR processes for the entire lifecycle for the employees
• Continuous coordination with HR and HRSS Teams on outsourced processes
• Ready to communicate, prepare letters, documentation in English/ Hungarian
• Support all HR functions – Onboarding, Benefit Administration, Invoicing, Payroll & other HR activities
• Keeping daily contact with employees/ new joiners via email, phone & chat function, follow-up Onboarding activity
• Strong daily cooperation with HRBPs, Recruitment Team, Immigration Team and other business functions within the organization

What you need to have:

• High school degree or Bachelor’s degree, HR degree is an advantage
• 1-2 years of experience in HR administration
• Basic HR knowledge (min. 1 year) preferably in multinational (or SSC) environment
• Basic knowledge of Hungarian labour law
• A good command of Hungarian and English is a must
• Reliable personality with strong work ethic attitude
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Should have very good MS Office skills (Word + Excel)
