Our client is a prestigious multinational company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a German Speaking HRSS Coordinator.

Scope of the job:
Support HR functions in executing processes which have German language dependencies. This position is part of Germany/ Switzerland HRSS (HR Shared Service) Team and will report to HRSS Senior Manager.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide Multilingual support within HRSS team both in German and English languages
• Support all HR functions – Onboarding, Benefit Administration, Invoicing, Payroll & other HR activities
• Keeping daily contact with employees via email and phone
• Strong daily cooperation with HRBPs and other business functions within the organization

What you need to have:

• High school degree or Bachelor’s degree (HR degree is an advantage)
• Basic experience in HR processes (min. 1-3 years of experience) preferably in multinational environment (SSC environment is an advantage)
• Fluent German skills and at least intermediate level English skills
• Should have very good MS Office skills (Word + Excel)
• Strong customer-focus mindset, team-player attitude, communicative personality
• Good multitasking & problem solving skills
