Our prestigious multinational partner company is looking for a Business Continuity Manager

What you’ll be doing:

– Ownership of the BCM policy and process, setting a Global and regional BCM programme
– Developing Business Continuity strategies and approaches in line with recognised standards
– Delivering effective advice of Global crisis response against BCM incidents
– Conducting post incident reviews and lessons learnt to enhance plans and processes
– Conducting horizon scanning activity for new and emerging risks both internally and externally, being sure to engage key stakeholders
– Driving the development of BCM capabilitiy through understanding industry trends and emerging models for BCM management
– Representing the Service team on pan crisis management calls and BCM forums
– Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

– Proven experience in delivering effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences is an advantage
– Focusing on all aspects and details of a task and delivering your output with a high level of accuracy
– Strengths and abilities that help to oversee processes and guide people toward the achievement of goals is an advantage
– Ability to find root causes of problems and to focus on their quick and efficient solution

Professional skills:

– Demonstrable experience and Qualifications in ISO22301 and associated methods
– ISO22301 deployment experience
– Business Continuity Audit experience
– Story-telling with data: strong skills in building the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences
– Stakeholder management and reporting at all levels

Language skills:

– English on a fluent level
