Our client is a prestigious multinational company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a Cloud Technical Support Analyst (French/ German speaking) .

Tasks & Responsibilities:

– 2nd and 3rd Level IT Incident Management and Problem Management
– Application Support ( multiple applications used in the Pharma industry )
– Change Management (documentation and execution)
– Validation documentation
– Knowledge Management (creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles)
– System life cycle documentation according to pharma clients’ regulations
– Maintenance & development activities on an as needed basis
– Application monitoring
– Representation of the client during application-related audits (Vendor & client management)
– Communicate, coordinate and manage IT activities with IT internal partner functions and vendors ( end-to-end ownership )
– Drive the solution and maintenance of technical issues and challenges
– Working with Windows Server, NTFS permissions, Windows Powershell, SQL Programming, Oracle Database
– Work consists 30% technical (high level) work – 70% documentation and client relationship management
– Any task assigned by Team Lead
– Support window: Mon-Fri, 9 AM – 5:30 PM or 10:30 AM – 7 PM
– Weekend availability: scheduled / unscheduled maintenance and disaster recovery planning

Requirements: technical skills:

– Middleware Engineering à Performs design and configuration of middleware infrastructure and platforms. Provides coherent distributed middleware that connects software components and applications. Interacts with development team and analyses requirements to implement middleware architecture.
– Experience with webservers (- JBoss; – Tomcat)
– Experience with Oracle-based databases
– SQL, PowerShell
– Experience with application environments running on Windows
– Experience with Citrix

Required qualifications & Professional background:
– High school degree + IT certificate and min. 5 years of experience OR any IT related degree and few years of professional experience in IT Lead/ project manager role
– IT engineer/ IT Lead /Team lead
– Project management experience needed!
