German Speaking Global Account Manager (PE-10227)

Thinking and acting commercially will mean success for your customer and will translate into profitable growth for the company.
What you’ll be doing:
• Deliver new sales and revenue growth on a number of regional customer accounts and hunting in whitespace and also looking to onboard new accounts
• Landscape sales prospects from scratch, identify new business opportunities and build up a sales pipeline to be able to deliver new business targets
• Selling the full Global portfolio which requires a high level of solution sales expertise
• Establish, develop and own key customer relationships and customer contact strategy
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and own NPS strategy for each account
• Manage the entire sales process (from standard product to complex multi-product deals) for new business sales and expansion of existing business
• Collaborate with, and provide leadership to, colleagues across the organisation when working on new opportunities
• Report & forecast accurately on sales pipeline and planned deal closures
• Develop & own account plans that support growth strategies, this will include cross functional engagement with internal resource
• Overall responsibility for the customer experience in your base
What you need to have:
• Sales experience in relevant market sector, with a proven record of winning new business and working with customers in complex, multi-tower deals
• Ability to source new prospects and manage existing revenue generating customer relationships
• Strong selling, presentation -- and negotiation skills
• Confident in owning customer engagement and utilising cross functional teams to drive NPS
• Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes while delivering a service
• Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group setting to achieve common goals
• Ability to find root causes of problems and to focus on their quick and efficient solution
• Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
Professional skills:
• Ability to work independently and taking ownership of sales projects
• Previous experience in customer facing roles (most preferably in sales)
• Telco/IT sector experience is an advantage
• Enthusiasm about technology and telecommunication is an advantage
• Competencies in building value proposition and positioning strong proposals
• Leadership skills to guide members of virtual team for example specialists, bid resources
• Presenting and selling to senior management stakeholders including “C” level executives
