Inside Sales Team Manager (PE-10226)
– Leading 9 sales people, responsible for 27M GBP revenue and 8.2M ICGM in total
– Hiring, training and coaching the team members to ensure the team is achieving the sales targets
– Defining the account allocation and the sales targets for each individual in the team and checking progress regularly against sales targets
– Do performance reviews, pipeline reviews, deal reviews regularly with the team and the wider Inside Sales community (sales managers of other hubs as well)
– Manage all relevant stakeholders from the verticals and support functions to ensure the right conditions for selling
– Ensure that digital tools and processes are adopted and the Insdie Sales team is leading digital selling in global
– Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

Professional skills:
– College degree
– At least 3-5 years sales and people management experience
– Proven track record of sales and achieving sales targets
– Proven people management skills and sales coaching
– Proven stakeholder management skills
– Deep understanding of the portfolio on Networked IT and the latest digital developments in the market
Language skills:
– English on a fluent level
– German on a fluent level is an advantage
