For our multinational client who provides various IT services, we are looking for new candidates for a B2B & Customer Solutions Senior Manager position.

What you’ll be doing:

• Proactively drive and deliver the optimal commercial and supply strategy for customer bids / contracts, while maintaining customer lifecycle and procurement expertise of category strategy, supplier knowledge and product life cycles
• Recognized as an expert in the company and by our suppliers and industry peers, who can influence the Group’s strategic sourcing agenda
• Own and deliver customer bid / contracts and procurement strategy, collaborating with global / regional category teams, stakeholder community and suppliers, leveraging best practice procurement approaches and commercial levers
• Provide guidance to global / regional category strategy, policy and framework, ensure the adoption and adherence
• Leverage global relationships, ensures customer requirements are integrated with category strategy from bid to delivery
• Maintain partnership with internal and external stakeholders, deliver bid / contracts in a quality, cost and time effective way
• Determine the best approach to customer bid / contract, the optimum commercial models and procurement / sourcing approach to create maximum value
• Identify future talents to enhance knowledge and talent pool
• Deliver the flowing down of customer terms to 3rd parties and time-critical buying schedules meeting project provisions, deliver with the right relationships / best skill sets across teams
• Maintain category / industry vertical expertise around new technology, market dynamics, supplier strategies, commercial models, product life cycles and partner programmes; contribute to annual planning process and support the implementation of category strategy
• Manage senior relationships with key customers / CUs / CFUs / Industry vertical , capture and align on business requirements, negotiate commercial and contractual arrangements, ensure performance and solution delivery
• Manage senior relationships with key suppliers, negotiate commercial and contractual arrangements, ensure required performance and contractual obligations are met, while incorporating new and innovative improvement initiatives Lead, develop and coach a team of procurement professionals to deliver brilliant outcomes for the company and customers
• Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

What you need to have:

Soft skills:

• Strong relationship management skills & ability to influence decision making with senior stakeholders within a matrixed environment
• Demonstrates strong continuous improvement skills that exceeds customer expectations
• Manage and develop the capability of direct reports

Professional skills:

• 7-10 years experience as a leader within the Procurement function, with strong leadership skills and the ability to lead, and deliver through high performance teams
• Extensive experiences in Source to Contract process, able to understand complex customer requirements, and manage bids and contracts from requirement design to contract execution
• Strong business expertise in customer solutions, portfolio purchasing and relevant categories, particularly around customer requirements, supplier capabilities, commercial models, product lifecycles and partner programmes required to deliver portfolio and customer requirements
• Ability to manage complex, strategic and commercial requirements between the company and Suppliers, deliver projects and results on time and in full
• Demonstrates a track record of decision making capability and deliver against key metrics

Language skills:

• English on a fluent level
• Any European language is an advantage
