What you’ll be doing:

• Processing of XaaS-deals in the ERP-system including customer invoicing
• Monitoring and metering consumption
• Clarification of invoice queries
• Exploring the details of new consumption/subscription opportunities to advise on processes to transact efficiently
• Liaising with company Customer Management / Purchase Order Management and Sales teams on new customer deals

What you need to have:

• You have at least 1 year experience in a commercial related position
• You are fluent in German or French and English
• You have strong administrative and good communication skills
• You are confident with MS office especially with Excel
• You are familiar with SAP (preferably combined with order creation via One touch)
• Knowledge about administrative partner portals can be an advantage (e.g. AWS, MS Azure, Cisco CCW)
• You are self-motivated and able to work in a remote team.
