Digital Workplace Engineer L2 (BM - 10048)
Responsible for executing the necessary maintenance activities within Digital Workplace technologies to meet the SLAs agreed with CIO/IT DEMAND.
Responsible for the continuous support of Group IT Digital Workplace technologies to meet SLAs agreed with CIO/IT DEMAND.
Acts as an escalation point for all L2 Digital Workplace technologies related tickets and partners with peers and stakeholders to deliver continual improvement initiatives in IT Infrastructure area.
Work with IT Supply peers to build strong professional relationships and ensure the effective delivery of the in-scope IT services.
Supports Digital Workplace Lead Engineer to Identify risks impacting existing IT Solutions, prepare a risk assessment, and develop mitigation plans.
Responsible for execution of approved Group IT Digital Workplace initiatives and Changes
Responsible to work on tickets assigned to the L2 Communications queue as defined by the Digital Workplace Lead Engineer.
Daily management of Digital Workplace systems including SCCM/ECM, laptops desktops, Exchange, O365.
Supports capacity, performance, and risk management strategies to ensure the appropriate levels of availability, stability, and capability in Digital Workplace systems as per the SLAs agreed with CIO/IT DEMAND
Supports Digital Workplace Lead Engineer in managing Group IT Digital Workplace services in line with SLAs agreed with CIO/IT DEMAND.
Recommends and drives approved continuous improvement and optimization activities as aligned with the Digital Workplace Lead Engineer.
Coordinate Digital Workplace troubleshooting and problem determination of Major Incidents and associated tickets
Fluency in the English language (Oral and Written). Additional language knowledge an advantage.
Microsoft MCSA, O365, SCCM/ECM, or Azure training and/or certification or appropriate working experience in managing Digital Workplace technologies in complex environments.
3-5 years of experience as a Digital Workplace engineer in a multinational company. Able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands.
Experience with working on an international level is an advantage (All day in English).
